• We are not responsible for any health decisions made based on our service

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding your password and account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Maintaining the security of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Momma Stork AI Companion

Our AI companion Momma Stork is designed to provide emotional support and general pregnancy information:

• Momma Stork's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate
• Momma Stork does not replace professional medical or psychological care
• We continuously improve Momma Stork's responses but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy
• Your conversations with Momma Stork may be used to improve the service (anonymized)

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, photos, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload
• We may remove content that violates these terms
